Based in the north-eastern suburbs of South Australia, we are a Netball SA (Netball South Australia) affiliated club and actively field teams of all ages & skill levels at the South Australian District Netball Association (SADNA) and Parafield Gardens Recreation Centre (PGRC) across all 12-months of the year.

Over the past competition year Pooraka Netball Club has grown from 80 to 181 registered members as we head into the upcoming Winter Season 2026! This is an additional 10-teams we have founded and introduced since October 2025, a 126.25% participation rate increase over the last 12-months!

In Winter Season 2026 our club will boast a maximum of 17 competitive teams at SADNA, which will cater to just over 170 paying members & 190+ families. Across the following Summer Season 2026/27 we are highly confident we will maintain, if not increase our active player count to roughly 190 players, with a predicted 21-teams to compete at Pooraka Netball Club from October of 2026 (with an extensive waitlist filling fast). Additionally, we continue to field 2 x Under 12s teams at Parafield Gardens Recreation Centre, catering to 18-players, and run our Little Allstars Program, which provides a beginners pathway for 12-players aged 5-8 to learn the basics of netball over a 16-week program!
