Tickets must be purchased by TUESDAY, MARCH 31. This then allows us time to finalise platters & make note of any dietary requirements with our venue.

As tickets are to be purchased via PlayHQ, you now have the option of checking out via PayPal Pay-in-4! What this means is instead of paying for your tickets upfront via bank transfer at the time of purchase, your total can now be split into 4 seperate payments and be payed off over an 8-week period. We can't wait to celebrate with you all!

If you have attended one of our presentations in recent seasons, please know the upcoming event will look, and run slightly different. The growth of our club has resulted in some flexibility in order to make events like so run/work as comfortably as possible for all involved. Our upcoming presentation will provide theatre style seating for all to be guaranteed a seat whilst awards are taking place, with the opportunity to get up to grab food and/or beverages during intermissions.

  • Doors will open at 2:00pm. Please do not enter the room prior to this time unless the main doors are already open.

  • All attending who are 17 & Under MUST have an adult (an individual aged 18+) also purchase a ticket and be present for the duration of the event.

  • Light cocktail platters to be shared amongst guests via a buffet - platters will not be roaming this time around. Please note this event is not a sit down/course based lunch.

  • Drinks & beverages are to be purchased by guests upon consumption. We will have access to a private bar within the room.

  • Awards will commence from 2:20pm. As per previous years, we will have small intermissions after blocks of awards for guests to grab food, and then re-commence from where we were.

  • NO REFUNDS/TRANSFER OF FUNDS are to be issued once tickets have been purchased.

  • Event to finish no later than 6:00pm.
